WEALA: WEA's Leadership Academy

What is WEALA?

WEALA is 3-1/2 days of training in many topics. It's a chance to relax, engage, learn, socialize, network and have fun. General classes are open to all WEA active members on a space-available basis.

Classes cover a broad range of issues that impact you in your work environment and in helping move your local association forward. Here's a look at sample classes that were planned recently for WEALA. One of WEALA's strengths is that we reshape the curriculum each year to adjust to the evolving needs of our members and the current climate in our schools. A complete course list will be published here in early spring.
