It’s finally here, our state’s presidential primary election. If you haven’t yet voted, it’s not too late. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Tuesday, March 10. No postage is necessary. You can also return your ballot via drop box up until 8pm tomorrow night.

The stakes couldn’t be higher. That’s why we encourage all WEA members to support candidates who will stand up for public education.

But don’t take our word for it, watch WEA President Larry Delaney and WEA-Vice President Janie White talk about the importance of voting.

"It is time to get those ballots turned in. Please participate in the process. Please work to elect pro-public education, pro-labor candidates." -WEA President, Larry Delaney

"I want you to vote in the 2020 presidential election and make sure that you vote for pro-union, pro-education candidates because our students matter and we matter.” -WEA Vice-President, Janie White
