UPRISE gives educators an opportunity to better understand the intersection of education and culture for Pacific Islander students, who make up one of the fastest growing demographic groups in our region. UPRISE aims to help educators build better relationships with Pacific Islander students and, in particular, their families by clarifying important cultural norms from the South Pacific.
