Professional Growth Plans (PGPs) are job-embedded professional learning experiences for educators to renew their certificates and earn clock hours. PGPs are built from the work you are already doing. Certificated educators can complete one PGP per year (25 clock hours); they can renew their certificates with 4 PGPs every 5 years.
