The SEA White Co-Conspirators Affinity Group is a space for our white co-conspirators to work intentionally on understanding white culture, white supremacy, and white privilege. It is a time for White Co-Conspirators to critically analyze their personal and structural actions within our jobs and outside world in order to grow their anti-racist skills.
We are also hoping to hold a White Jewish Educator Affinity Space within this group to help every educator feel brave in our anti-racist work!
