This is an introduction to Restorative Justice circles, which is based on respect, responsibility, relationship-building and relationship-repairing. There will be examples of tier 2 and 3 where focuse is on mediation and agreement rather than punishment. This class gives high level examples of of elementary, middle and high school circles. Using restorative justice practices, educators can help keep students in school and create a safe environment where learning can flourish.
