Participants will learn how building strong relationships with students can support a strong infrastructure to solve problems collectively, promote self-regulation, maintain communities, minimize disruption and the need for outside professional support.
Participants will gain resources that will help them understand how restorative justice and the foundation of building relationships can help to grow resilient, curious, adventurous, and healthy students, who are highly successful both academically and personally. This event is open to WEA ESP members in Renton only.
