4th Annual Rainier Educators of Color Equity Leadership Conference. The focus is Lean In. Whether it is lean into courageous conversation, lean into shutting town toxic conversation or how do I lean in to create change and out outcomes for my union, students, families and communities. Our goal through our work is to create Antiracist schools and communities, while breaking down white supremacy cultures in our workspaces. Intentionally designed to raise awareness/knowledge of the systemic inequities that exist in our schools, as well as give tools/strategies with working with individuals that may be the barrier in the work. Open to all educators, students, and community leaders.
