Teachers made a huge impact in my life

"Teachers made a huge impact in my life. I am where I am because of some specific educators throughout my life. And I am taking that with me as I travel along in my own journey. I don't think there's another profession on this planet that has more impact than an educator. I don't think that there is a job that is more important than the one that is standing before our children, giving them the tools that they need for their lives and their success. And so, I'm part of that life change," says Jonathan Babcock of Sunnyside EA.

"If you are an educator in Washington, you are the person that is in front of students every single day. You're the one that's going to make the difference in their lives. You stand, you teach your heart out, like you do every single day, you pour yourself out in their lives, and you may not get to see all of the fruit, but I am, as many of you are, the result of somebody in education who made a difference."
