PGPs provide Washington educators the chance to use job-embedded work they are already doing for certificate renewal and salary advancement. Educators can now choose to complete PGPs for certificate renewal – instead of attending clock hour events. A completed PGP earns 25 clock hours that can be used for salary advancement! In this session, you’ll learn the basics of PGPs and how they fit in with recent state certification policy changes. You’ll also have time to begin drafting a PGP for submission for the 2017-18 school year. Cost: Free
