Closing the achievement and opportunity gaps
Supporting members who advocate and strive to "close the achievement gap" for culturally, linguistically, and economically diverse students is a key priority of the WEA and NEA.
WEA is a leading professional learning clock-hour provider for educators and community partners in Washington state.
Many of WEA's professional learning opportunities are housed on the Washington Instructional Network (WIN). You must create an account to register for any class. Once registered, you can visit wea-win.org to browse and register for current course offerings, access clock hours and transcripts as needed for salary advancement and certificate renewal.

The Professional Development Network was created and shaped by direct feedback from more than 14% of PreK-12 Classified and Certificated members. The goal is to help you easily find and register for clock-hour trainings in high-demand subjects.
