Former student surprises Port Townsend couple who inspired him to become a teacher

Benjamin Dow and Julianne Dow are both history teachers at Port Townsend High School.

Benjamin Dow and Julianne Dow, two history teachers at Port Townsend High School got a recent surprise from NEA Member Benefits. The married couple sat down to be interviewed about how they inspire creative thinking in students. Unbeknownst to the Dows, one of their former students, Walker Wilson, was waiting in the wings to jump in with his own story about how they had inspired him to become a teacher.
