We can all work together.

Jessica Spears teaches third grade in Bellingham. The second-year teacher loves her work because every day is different and because, she says, “It is so fun to see the kids grow and help them become people.” Being a union member, Jessica says, protects her rights as an employee and allows us to negotiate for benefits. “I belong because I think it’s important to support what you believe in and spread the word, so we can all work together.”
